A safe space for every journey
I understand the unique paths and challenges faced by individuals across the gender and sexual diversity spectrum. You are not alone, and your experiences are valid. I offer a supportive, understanding, and professional environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.
Specialised support, rooted in experience
I bring extensive experience in working with gender and sexual diversity, having received specialist training in this area in both the UK and Sweden. I work with individuals and those in same-sex and non-traditional relationships, offering a nuanced understanding of your experiences. Despite growing cultural acceptance, oppression, discrimination, and marginalisation of LGBTQ people persist. My practice is a space where you can navigate these challenges with informed support.

Understanding your unique journey
While your sexual or romantic orientation or gender identity itself may not be a source of distress, the societal stigma and challenges faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender/gender variant, queer, questioning, asexual, and other diverse individuals can lead to stress or anxiety. Finding a qualified mental health professional with experience, training, and familiarity with the LGBTQI+ community's challenges is crucial for successful therapy outcomes.

Finding hope, speaking freely
My aim is for you to leave our sessions feeling hopeful and empowered with an understanding of the richness of your life. You'll find a welcoming environment where your voice is heard, and your identity is respected. With specialist training and many years of working in and with the community and delivering training myself, I can offer genuine understanding to support your well-being.
